- Access System Administration:
- Lift the handset of your Nortel phone.

- If your company extensions are 2 digits long, enter

. - If your company extensions are 3 digits long, enter

- Navigate to Auto Attendant:
- After logging in, press the softkey labeled
AA
(Auto Attendant). - Press the softkey labeled
GRTG
(Greeting).

- Select Greeting:
- I know you want to create or edit your greeting, so choose which message to update by pressing:
